Revithokeftedes (Chickpeas Balls)

Revithokeftedes (Chickpeas Balls)Ingredients 4 portions:
half kilo of chickpeas
some flour
salt, pepper, mint
Preparation:
From the previous day put the chickpeas in water and soak overnight. The next drain and peel as many possible and then mash in a wooden mortar (grinder). Alternatively use a mixer or blender but careful not to mash to creamy. Add some flour (enough so it is not watery) and season wth salt, pepper and the chopped mint. Mix well until all ingredients have blended together and divide into round balls, then flatten them. In a saucepan add plenty of olive oil, flour the chickpea balls and fry them on both sides. When ready place on some kitchen paper to absorb the excess olive oil.
