Mpoukounies of NisyrosIngredients:
3 kilos of pork meat (belly or ribs)
Oregano
Lemon
Oil
Preparation:
Cut the meat into pieces. Put them in a casserole, cover with water and let them simmer until there is no more water left. Then the fat from the meat will be distinguished (add some oil) and fry. When removed from the casserole sprinkle some oregano and squeeze some lemon on top.
